New Chef Enhances Culinary Experience

La Costa Glen recently added Judd Canepari to head up our talented culinary staff. Judd oversees all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food production and preparation, and designing menus for the community's two dining rooms and two casual pubs.

Judd brings with him 17 years of experience specializing in a variety of cuisines, including Japanese, Italian and modern French-Mediterranean. He's dedicated to creating an exciting and delicious array of choices to satisfy the many tastes of our residents.

Prior to joining La Costa Glen, Judd was executive chef at Greystone Steak House in downtown San Diego. He also held top chef positions at Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Resort & Spa and Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa. Judd has even shared his creations at private events for some of today's top celebrities, athletes and government officials.
